I can remember when I was in high school, in art class, I always worked in abstract. My wife, Diane, worked realistic. We weren't married then. We laughed after we were married, when I photographed realistic and her in abstract. Now, I can combine the two of them and get a whole different feeling of reality and the abstract. Another avenue to work on. I love this stuff. Thanks Sara for sharing your techniques.

These aren't from my garden. They were taken in and around the redwoods near Trillium Falls. I love them, and hope you do too! Enjoy!
